This table stores locale-specific information for
the ACPOLGRP table.
Column Descriptions:

foreign key to the ACPOLGRP table |
| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The language ID. It is a foreign key to the

table. |
| DISPLAYNAME | VARCHAR (700) NOT NULL | The display name of the access control policy
group. |
| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (700) | The description of the access control policy
group. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
