Once you have decided to use the new Marketing tool in the , you must disable the marketing tool in the to prevent your business users from creating campaigns and activities using both the and the .

Procedure
- Navigate to the wc_profiledir/xml/tools/common directory.
- Open the CommerceAcceleratorB2C.xml file in an editor.

Locate the following entry:

Within that entry, locate the "campaigns" node entry:

Place an XML comment around this element, for example:

Repeat the preceding steps to remove the following nodes:
- campaignInitiatives
- experiment
Important: Ensure that you have not commented "collateral", "customerProfiles", or "ems" - Copy the changed files for your store types to the wc_eardir/xml/tools/common directory.
- Deploy the updated file to the application server.
- Stop and restart your server for the changes to take effect.
