Viewing comments (Workspace Content Contributor)

Use comments to communicate with other Workspace Content Contributors, Task Group Approvers, and Workspace Managers and to track the details of changes you are making when working on a workspace task.

Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. Click Tasks > View Tasks.
  3. From the View list, select whether you want to see a list of active tasks, inactive tasks, complete tasks, or all tasks.
  4. Select the task for which you want to view comments.
  5. Click Comment.
    Comments are displayed at the task group level and not the task level. The Workspace Manager can view your comments in the Workspace Administration Console
