Finding blocked orders

You can find all blocked orders or only orders with a specific block.

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. Open the Find Orders window.
    • Consumer direct (B2C)Click Operations > Find Orders.
    • B2B directClick Sales > Find Orders.
    A search window opens. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. Click Advanced search.
  4. From the Blocked status list, select Blocked.
  5. Optional: Select the block code from the Block reason list. You can select only one block code for a search. To find all blocked orders, leave this field blank.
  6. Click Find to start the search.
