This table holds the description of an attachment
target.
Column Descriptions:

description. |
| ATCHTGT_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | The attachment target ID. |
| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The language ID. |
| NAME | VARCHAR (128) | The language dependent name of the attachment
target. |
| SHORTDESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (254) | The short description of the attachment
target. |
| LONGDESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (4000) | The long description of the attachment
target. |
| UP_NAME | VARCHAR (128) | The equivalent value of the NAME column in upper
case characters. This column is used only for DB2 (LUW)
database-types to enhance performance of text-based searches issued
from Management Center. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
