Installing on Citrix XenApp server
Administrators can follow these steps to install IBM® Client Application Access (ICAA) on a Citrix XenApp server.
Before you begin
- Make sure you have installed a supported version of Citrix XenApp. For more information, see IBM Client Application Access 2.0.0 system requirements.
- Read the topic Dual client installation scenarios to understand the extent to which ICAA and IBM Notes versions can coexist.
About this task
- If Notes is already installed and
you want to uninstall it and migrate the data to ICAA, don't use this procedure. Instead see Migrating Notes data to IBM Client Application Access on Citrix.Note: If you use Notes 8.5.x, you must uninstall it because it can't coexist with ICAA.
Procedure
- Download the ICAA 1.0.1 install kit.
- Log on to the Citrix server as the Administrator.

Run the ICAA setup.exe in one of the following ways:
Your goal Command to use Multi user installation with one data directory setup.exe /v"SETMULTIUSER=1 CITRIX=1" Multi user installation with two data directories: a common directory (for shared files such as templates) and a user directory for user-specific data setup.exe /v"SETMULTIUSER=1 CITRIX=1 MULTIUSERBASEDIR=C:\<user_data_directory>\!USERNAME!
