Agent Assist
On dragging the Agent assist response, the conversation section appears as follows:

The users choose to connect with live agents through Agent Assist for the resolution of their issues when they are not satisfied with the solution provided by BigFix AEX.
The admin can choose a specific desk for the user’s issue as shown in the below figure:

- After selecting Desk ID from the list, the node looks as shown in the following image:

After creating the conversation of Agent Assist, the conversation section appears as follows:
