- From the BESUEM site, open
Fixlet 409 Update Apple Push Certificate
. - In the Apple Push Certificate PEM content text box,
enter the content of the new or renewed push certificate
(
.pem
) content.- If any of the following apply, you must enter the private key and
password along with the certificate:
- An incorrect key or password was entered during the initial installation, and you need to correct it.
- The installation failed due to an incorrect key format, and
you need to upload the key in PKCS#1 format.Note: If you are re-encrypting the private key on a RHEL 9 machine, include the -traditional parameter in the OpenSSL command. Without the -traditional parameter, a PKCS#8 key will be generated, which will result in an error.
- The APN certificate was not renewed before the grace period ended, and you are uploading new credentials.
- If any of the following apply, you must enter the private key and
password along with the certificate:
