Report Builder settings reference
Reference information for the Report Builder: the visual formats and configuration settings of each chart widget category, and the properties that you can add as report columns for each data set.
Chart widget categories and settings
The following table lists the visual formats and configuration settings for each widget category on the Create Charts page.
| Widget category | Visual formats | Configuration settings |
|---|---|---|
| Distribution over time |
|
Displays how a DEX property changes over a selected time range.
Note:
This widget category is available
only when the selected columns include DEX properties, such as
Dex Score or Dex Device Score. If the report
includes a Distribution over time chart, the
Content list is not displayed on the
Preview Report page for any of the
charts. For the chart controls and the two-tab data drawer, see Working with Distribution over time charts. |
| Percentage of a whole |
|
|
| Quick link | Link widget with a count as the link label |
Defines the KPI that you want a quick link to. The widget is made up of a link to a filtered view of the data, according to criteria that you define, and the link label is the count of the filtered elements. The BigFix properties that you selected in the Data Sets step are converted into explorer-compatible properties for use in the Report Builder widgets and configurations.
|
| Composition |

Shows the breakdown of one property within each value of another property from the same BigFix object.
Note:
Records with no value for the selected
property are shown as N/A. |
