Deploy AIX technology level and service pack updates as a full fix pack bundle and not as individual filesets. Updating individual filesets might cause unexpected results.

If you still want to update individual filesets, download the .bff file that you want to deploy. Then use the fileset option of the AIX Deployment Wizard to generate the necessary Fixlet. For more information, see the steps in Creating Fixlets for AIX fileset updates.
