Diagram 1 - AppScan® Source object tree
This diagram shows a hierarchy of AppScan®
Source objects.
At the top of the hierarchy is the AppScan® Source command line interface
(CLI) AllApplications node.
This node contains two nodes, both labeled Application (*.paf) -
the second of which is merely provided to show that more than one
application can exist under the AllApplications node.
The first Application (*.paf) node contains three
nodes - all denoting projects. The latter of the two, Project,
are merely provided to show that more than one project can exist under
the Application (*.paf) node.
The first project node is Project (*.ppf, *.vbproj, *.jsproj,
etc.). It contains three source nodes, the first two of which
are labelled Source - with the third labelled ....
This is meant to denote that the project can contain multiple source
files.
The diagram shows that any of the objects can be scanned - AllApplications, Application
(*.paf), Project (*.ppf, *.vbproj, *.jsproj, etc.),
or Source.
