License management

Subscriptions view shows the status of all your organization's licenses.

Select Organization > Subscriptions to open Subscriptions view. HCL licenses are managed through the MyHCLSoftare Download and License Portal (MHS).

The Subscriptions view lists active licenses including:
  • The number of applications that have been scanned using the current license.
  • Visual indication of the duration of the license, and how much time is left on it.
  • Details, including subscriptionslicenses start date, end date, and ID
  • The number of entitlements (contributing users) allowed with the current license.
Note: Only Administrators can add or edit licenses.

Update or add a license to AppScan 360°

  1. Obtain a license key.
    The HCL sales team will guide you through the purchase process.
    Important: The HCL AppScan 360° License End Date is calculated from the date of purchase even if you perform the next steps another day.
  2. Use MyHCLSoftware to create a deployment and copy the associated license key.
  3. Log on to HCL AppScan 360°.
  4. Select Organization > Subscriptions.
  5. Click the Add subscription button at the top of the page.
  6. Paste your license key into the field.
  7. Click Apply.
