Dynamic analysis
HCL AppScan 360° performs security scans for web-applications for production, staging and development environments.
Static analysis
Use static analysis (SAST) to scan for security vulnerabilities in web and desktop applications. Static analysis includes Intelligent Finding Analytics (IFA) and Intelligent Code Analytics (ICA).
Results
The Scans and Sessions page lists scans under the categories where you can view your scan results, including scan statistics. To view, rescan, or download reports, select a scan.

Single VM installation of AppScan 360°

Get up and running faster with a single VM installation. Single VM installation offers a self-contained deployment of AppScan 360° for smaller environments when high concurrency is not required, or as part of planning for subsequent distributed installations.

Single VM installation steps you through the installation process with a narrow set of choices, and includes both the AppScan 360° platform and AppScan Remediation Advisories.

You can install a AppScan 360° to a single VM in two ways: online or offline. In offline mode, you need an internet connection to download the kit and activate the license only. The other components are packaged with the offline installer to continue the installation without an Internet connection.
