Setttings helps you navigate and configure the settings within your organization and data center effectively.

Organization | |
Data Center | Your organization's data center. |
Organization name | You can customize the name of your organization. |
Organization ID | The Organization ID is a unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to the organization, serving as a distinct reference key. |
Contact person | The email ID of the organization's contact person is provided here. If the current user leaves from the organization or for any other reason, you have the option to assign a new contact person. |
Business units | |

Details of business units under your organization. |
Table with list of business units | Business units can be a useful way of grouping applications
according to your organizational structure. For example:
"Marketing", "R&D", "Sales", "Support" and so on. Knowing the
business unit can help you to identify areas of concern.
Note: An application can belong to only
one business unit. |

Automatic cleanup | |
Manually delete scans | If selected, once the maximum scan limit is reached within an application, users will be prompted to delete scans manually. |
Enable automatic cleanup | If selected, once the maximum scan limit is reached within an application, the service will run in the background and delete oldest scans as needed. |
Note: When a scan is deleted, issues that belong to that scan only will be deleted. If they were found in other scans too, they will not be deleted. The "First found" date for an issue will be unchanged, even if the scan in which it was first found has been deleted. |

Allow Overrride | |
Allow this setting to be overriden within an application |
Application managers or users with override permissions can enable this setting to configure application-specific settings, diverging from the default Organization settings. By default, the permission to override (if enabled) is assigned to application managers, but this can be changed in user roles. |
Issues | |
Auto-close issues | Enable auto-close issues to streamline and enhance the issue resolution process where the issues marked as "Fixed" will be automatically closed, if it is no longer detected in a consecutive scan of the same target during a rescan. |
Allow override | Asset group managers can enable this setting to configure asset group-specific settings, diverging from the default Organization settings. |
Active Issues |
Active issues are issues that require attention and resolution. You can define the scope of active issues. This will impact all dashboards and issue views. |
Based on status | Issues with status: "Open", "In progress", "Reopened", and "New" (deprecated) |
Based on status and policies | Issues with status: "Open", "In progress", "Reopened", and "New"
(deprecated) that are also non-compliant with one or more
policies. Important: If there are no policies associated with an application, the view will be based on status only. |
