Providing DNCA ZIP to Support

About this task

When you work with Customer Support and Discover Engineering to resolve issues at a customer site, provide the support.zip file on the debug.php site to help troubleshooting the issue.

Note: When you provide coredumps, provide the type and version of Linux™ on which the DNCA is installed.

ZIP file contents

Procedure

  1. Core dump file
  2. Binary file that created the dump
  3. dcx-conf.xml
  4. privacy.cfg
  5. Maintenance and stats logs from the current and previous days.
