Centralized security management in the UI

A new Security section is now available in the Settings page of the UI, providing a single, consolidated location to manage security configurations for your workloads.

Strengthen security by centrally managing roles, access control lists (ACLs), and system-level API keys. The new Security section is organized into three subsections:

Roles: Create, edit, and manage user roles and their specific permissions.
Access Lists: Define and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs).
API Keys: Add and manage API keys used for engine connections and Orchestration CLI authentication.
