Google Services Access Control Limitation
Currently, all integrations with Google services (such as Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive, and so on) are implemented using Google Service Accounts. To enable usage, the admin must manually add each user's unique ID in the Google Workspace API controls. This imposes a limitation, as administrative action is required for every individual user intending to access Google tools.
An upcoming enhancement will introduce Google OAuth-based authorization, allowing users to self-authorize access. Once implemented, users will receive an email prompt the first time they create an agent using a Google service and can approve access without administrator involvement.
