Getting started with the UI
Start your experience on the HCL Universal Orchestrator UI.
When logging into the UI, a welcome page
containing quick start information is displayed with links to additional information.
The vertical navigation bar on the left shows the main pages of the UI:
- Welcome page
- Graphical Designer
- Orchestration Monitor
- Documentation
Clicking on the User icon on the right side of the welcome page,
you access a menu where you can choose from:
- Release notes
- This panel displays version and copyright information about the UI you are using, a summary of the improvements of the UI version that you are using, and a link to the full Release notes document.
- Automation Hub
- By clicking on this entry, you are redirected to Automation Hub website.
- Manage API Keys
- In this panel you can add new API Keys and manage existing ones associated with a specific engine connection.
- Download Center
- By clicking on this entry, you are redirected to the Download Center of the UI.
- Theme selection
- You can choose among three options:
- Automatic
: the UI follows the theme of your device.
- Light
: the UI appears in light theme.
- Dark
: the UI appears in dark theme.
- Automatic
- Log out
- If enabled, log out from the UI. By default, the log out button is not visible. For information about enabling it on the UI, see HCL Universal Orchestrator readme file.
Clicking on the wand icon, you can access and interact with the UnO AI Pilot, an AI integration capable of responding to any of your questions, and that can also update you regarding any change in workflows and tasks status if you enable notifications. You can solve any doubt leveraging the extensive documentation knowledge of the UnO AI Pilot, but you can also expand its knowledge base by updating custom documentation.
