List of ILN flows
The ILN project contains the following flows. These flows are combined to create the ILN use cases.

| Preliminary | To set all the Unica environment variables in the IntelliService environment to be able to extract and push data to/from Unica Interact and Unica Journey. |
| IdentifyUser | To start session with Interact and check if the incoming user profile exists in Interact DB using “phone number” as the unique identifier |
| GetProfile | To get the user profile details from Interact DB when the user profile already exists |
| GetOffers | To get default offers as well as activation/upgrade offers from Interact |
| LeadDetailsCapture | To capture the user details (name, email address etc) |
| PostDetails | To create new user profile in Interact DB and Journey as well as to update existing user profile in Journey |
| Resegmentation | To perform re-segmentation to be able to get subsequent (activation/upgrade) offers from Interact |
