Working with Snapshots

With the Snapshot Gallery you can view your collection of snapshots, edit snapshot properties, view snapshot overlays, delete snapshots, and organize snapshots into stacks.

Adding Tags to a Snapshot

You can add tags to snapshots in order to improve organization and make it easier to locate snapshots.

Procedure

  1. Hover over the selected snapshot. Click the tag icon.
    The Add tag dialog opens.
  2. In the Click to add tag, place the cursor and select the listed tag or tags. Click X to remove an unwanted tag.
  3. Click OK.

Deleting Snapshots

You can delete snapshots that are no longer useful. However, you can only delete snapshots that you created.

Procedure

  1. Hover over the snapshot you want to delete.
  2. A bar is displayed, containing a trash can icon. Click the trash can icon to delete the snapshot.

Viewing Overlays on a Snapshot

You can view overlays on a snapshot in order to analyze data.

Procedure

  1. Choose a snapshot that you want to work with.
  2. Choose an overlay to display by using the Select Overlay button in the top left of the viewer.
