Require development stream to be based on the project's recommended baseline(s) prior to delivery (REQREC)

This policy (REQREC) specifies whether, before delivery, the source stream must be based on recommended baselines of this stream. The policy can be set per project or per stream, for interproject and intraproject deliver operations.

To require that a rebase operation be performed before a delivery is allowed, set this policy to enabled. This requirement improves the integrity of the testing that is performed in the development stream before a delivery. Checkouts in the development stream can invalidate the testing.

If you enable the DEVSTR policy and disable the SELACT policy, consider enabling this policy.
