To find a symlink target from HCL VersionVault Windows Explorer
To find the target of a symbolic link (the file or directory to which the symlink points), you can use HCL VersionVault Windows Explorer.
About this task
Procedure
- In the VersionVault Windows Explorer Details pane, right-click the symbolic link and click Symlinks.
- Do one of the following:
- To change context to the VOB in which the target resides, click Warp
to Symlink Target.
Return to a previously visited location by clicking File and selecting a VOB location.
- To work on the target without changing your current context, click Symlink Target Operations and select a HCL VersionVault command.
- To change context to the VOB in which the target resides, click Warp
to Symlink Target.
