To create activities from HCL VersionVault windows

About this task

Follow these steps to create an activity when you process an element:

Procedure

  1. In the Check Out, Check In, or Add to Source Control window (which open as part of the corresponding operation), click New.
  2. In the New Activity window, enter the headline of the activity. The activity ID is automatically generated.
  3. Click OK.

Results

When you add an activity from the Check Out, Check In, or Add to Source Control window, HCL VersionVault sets your view to the activity.
