Read messages marked as "Prevent copying" or "Keep Private"

When Notes® users and iNotes® users send "private" messages that cannot be copied, Verse users can now read those messages. Previously, the messages could be read only through Notes or iNotes.

When a Verse user reads a message that the sender marked as Prevent copying (Notes) or Keep Private (iNotes), the following actions are disabled:
  • Reply
  • Reply to All
  • Forward
  • Share to blog
  • Schedule meeting
  • Print
The Verse user sees the following message: 
You cannot forward or otherwise copy the contents of this document. This document is set to prohibit copying and duplicating."
