Unica Platform manual upgrade scenarios
If your organization's policy does not allow automatic data migration, you must complete the procedure to upgrade manually. If you want to create system tables in your database manually, see one of the following topics:

Note: Contact Central installation: If upgrading from 12.1.2 with
Oracle or OneDb database, please make sure you have Contact Central component
installed for 12.1.2 version.
