Interact Report Package components

To use the reporting feature for Interact, install the HCL® Cognos® package and reporting schemas on the Marketing Platform system.

The following table describes the components that you can select when you install the report package for Interact:

This two-columned table provides information about the components in one column, and the description in the second column.
Component Description
HCL Interact reporting schemas (to be installed on the HCL® Marketing Software system) The Interact reporting schemas make the following data from all Interact data sources available for reporting:
  • Interactive channel-based campaign
  • Offers
  • Cells
HCL Cognos package for HCL Interact (to be installed on the HCL Cognos system) The HCL Cognos package includes the following components:
  • A reporting metadata model for the Interact database tables
  • A set of example reports that you can use to track campaign, offer, and cell performance
