Identifier for the content that is added for fix pack releases
From the 10.0 Fix Pack 2 release, a label is added to identify the content that is added or modified for the fix pack releases.
For 10.0 Fix Pack 2, 
is used to identify the information that is added or modified in the 10.0 Fix Pack 2
release.
