Enabling MCMS and CS logs on the Video MCU
Troubleshoot outages on the Sametime® Video MCU Server by enabling MCMS and CS logging on the Video MCU Server.

- Log in to the WebSphere® Integrated Solutions Console as the WebSphere administrator.
- Click .
- Select the Video MCU Server on which you are enabling logging
- Click Configure Logging Settings.
- To set the MCMS file logging, in the Local log file section, click Enable logging.
- In the Log level field, select TRACE.
- In the CS Logs section, click Enable logging.
- Click OK.
