Troubleshooting the Sametime Meeting default service provider feature
If the Use as my default service provider option is not enabled on the Sametime® client's New Meeting Room window, check the log files for errors.
- The defaultProvider preference has been added to the ConferenceManager.properties file but the Use as my default service provider feature is not working
- If the Use as my default service provider option
is not enabled on the Sametime client's
New Meeting Room window, enable and download the following logs to
determine the problem:
- com.ibm.rtc.meetings.shelf.level=FINEST
- com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.telephony.tcspi.level=FINEST
- com.ibm.rtc.meetings.telephony.ui.level=FINEST
