TURN Server ports
This topic provides information for UDP and TCP port 3478 for TURN and STUN protocol handling. This UDP port should be reachable by internal and external clients.

3478 | UDP and TCP, for basic STUN and TURN protocol handling. This UDP port
should be reachable by internal and external clients. TCP port can be disabled by default and should
be opened only if UDP traffic is forbidden due to company policy. Port 3478 is the default port for the TURN Server. If your network has other requirements, see Enabling HTTP Connect Tunneling for audio and video calls. These port numbers must not be subject to third-party load balancing, packet rewriting (NAT/PAT), or other network-layer manipulation. |
