directories to ensure there is no interference in the communication
between IBM Connections and
the Sametime Advanced
Server.
About this task
When the Chat Rooms widget is added to a Community, the widget
creates a folder on the Sametime Advanced
server to store all the chat rooms it creates for that Community.
In this procedure, create a folder to store all of the Community folder
created by the widget.
Procedure
- Access theSametime Advanced
Server, web user interface, using any browser.
For example,
http://sametime_advanced_domain:port/stadvanced.
- Log in as the Sametime Advanced
administrator.
- Click the All Chat Rooms tab.
- Enter the folder name.
- Click New Chat Room Folder...
- Click the Managers tab, and select Users
specified below have manager access to this folder.
- On the Authors tab, select Any
logged in user has author access to this folder.
- Click Save.
