Repl_Push_Retries

Specifies the number of times that you can attempt to replicate (push) to a Domino® server.

Description:Database is currently being replicated or copied elsewhere描述： You usually see this message when several Notes® users are replicating to the same replica copy of a database on the same server. The default retry wait period of 30 seconds cannot be changed.

Note: You should use the Replicators setting to specify multiple replicators rather than using this setting.
