How do I enable or disable the HCL Domino Workspace Mail Call Directory Extension?

The IBM Mail Call Directory Extension is available for HCL Domino Workspace Mail iOS 9.4.7 and later. Follow these steps to enable or disable Mail Call Directory Extension:

  1. To enable the feature, launch the iOS Settings app.

  2. Scroll to and select the Phone settings.

  3. Select Call Blocking & Identification.

  4. Enable or disable the switch next to Mail. If enabled, HCL Domino Workspace Mail refreshes the data in the extension every time the app moves to the background in order to keep the integration with iOS Caller ID up-to-date.
