How do I view and clear the log on an Android device?

Information gathered in the log can help diagnose troubleshooting device and connectivity issues. Clearing the logs helps reduce the amount of disk space used on the device by HCL Domino Workspace Mail.

Use the following steps to view and clear the HCL Domino Workspace Mail log,

  1. To view the HCL Domino Workspace Mail log:

    1. Select the HCL Domino Workspace Mail icon.

    2. Open the navigation drawer by clicking its icon or swiping in from the left.

    3. Select About.

    4. Select View Log.

  2. To clear the HCL Domino Workspace Mail log:

    1. Select the HCL Domino Workspace Mail icon.

    2. Open the navigation drawer by clicking its icon or swiping in from the left.

    3. Select About.

    4. Select View Log.

    5. Select Menu.

    6. Select Clear.
