HCL Domino Workspace Boards
Domino Workspace Boards provides a collaborative workspace for organizing work, tracking tasks, and coordinating activities across teams. It helps users turn projects, initiatives, and day-to-day work into a structured set of boards, lists, and cards.
You can use boards to manage tasks and work items, assign responsibilities, track progress and due dates, share files and comments, and collaborate with other members of the board.
What you can do with Boards
With Domino Workspace Boards, you can:
- Create boards for projects, teams, or specific work activities.
- Organize work using lists and cards.
- Assign cards and tasks to team members.
- Set due dates and start/end dates to plan work.
- Track work using different views, including Kanban, Timeline, and Mindmap.
- Add descriptions, comments, attachments, tags, and other details to cards.
- Add and manage board members and their access.
- Use templates to quickly create boards for common activities.
Boards is integrated into the Domino Workspace experience, providing a dedicated space for collaborative work alongside the other Workspace capabilities.
