Media Preview
Image Preview
- Click an image file to open it in the media viewer.
- The image is displayed in a full-screen overlay.
Image viewer controls:

Video Playback
- Click a video file to open it in the media viewer.
- Standard video controls are available: play/pause, seek, volume, and full-screen.
Audio Playback
- Click an audio file to open it in the media viewer.
- Standard audio controls are available: play/pause, seek, and volume.
Document Editing & Preview
When Collabora Online integration is available, supported Office documents can be opened directly for live editing in the browser. Clicking Open on a supported file (.doc, .docx, .odt, .rtf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, .csv, .ppt, .pptx, .odp, .odg) launches the Collabora editor.
If Collabora is not configured or unavailable, files are opened in a read-only preview instead.
PDF files are previewed in an embedded viewer.
Preview Actions
While previewing a file, you can: - Download — Download the file to your device. - Print — Send the file to a printer. - View file info — See the file name, size, and type in the preview overlay.
Version Preview
You can preview a specific historical version of a file from the Version panel by clicking View on that version.
