Browsing and Viewing Files

• Tap a folder to open it; use the back arrow to navigate up.
• List or grid view — toggle between compact rows and tiles. Grid view shows thumbnail previews for images.
• Sort by name, A–Z or Z–A. Folders are always listed before files.
• Refresh any file list with the refresh button.

Each file shows a color-coded type icon (document, spreadsheet, presentation, PDF, image, video, audio, code, archive, and more), its size, and its modified date. Small indicator icons show sharing status at a glance — a people icon for items shared with users, a globe for items with an active public link.
