Scheduled Housekeeping
Both databases contain scheduled agents that run automatically on the admin server.
Admin database agents

DeleteRequestPurge | Daily | Removes Completed, CompletedDryRun, and Failed delete-user-data request notes older than the configured retention period. Pending and in-progress requests are never purged. |

The RestrictAgentsToServer agent in each database ensures these agents run only on the admin server, preventing duplicate execution in clustered environments.
