Design Updates

The File Service uses the standard HCL Domino design refresh/replace mechanism. When the add-in detects a version change in the database template, it updates the database design on the admin server only. Other cluster members receive the updated design through replication.

After a design update, the add-in automatically re-runs RestrictAgentsToServer in both databases to re-pin scheduled agents to the correct server, since design replacement replaces agent design notes.
