Navigate Domino Workspace

The Navigation Bar provides quick access to the features and controls available in Domino Workspace and remains visible as you move throughout the workspace.

Depending on your organization's deployment and Domino Workspace license, the Navigation Bar may include the following items:

1	Domino Workspace logo	Select the Domino Workspace logo to return to the homepage, where you can view workspace updates, upcoming events, and action items.
2	Mail	Send, receive, organize, and manage your email.
3	Calendar	Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and view your upcoming events.
4	Contacts	Store and manage personal and organizational contacts.
5	Chat	Communicate with individuals or groups using instant messaging.
6	Meetings	Join or host online meetings and collaborate in real time.
7	Files	Access, organize, share, and collaborate on files. If your organization has a Domino Workspace Collaborate license, you can also create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
8	Forms	Create, access, and manage forms and workflow applications.
9	Group Calendar	View and manage multiple calendars from a single location to coordinate schedules.
10	Boards	Organize, assign, and track work using collaborative boards.

The Navigation Bar also includes the following workspace controls:

Search to quickly find content across supported Domino Workspace features.
User Profile Menu to access your presence status, available settings, and the Log Out option. Available settings vary depending on the feature you're currently using.
