Sharing your screen

For moderated meetings, moderators and users with presenter access can share their screen one at at time. If a meeting is not moderated, more than one person can present at the same time.

To share your screen, the following conditions must be met:

• Browser permissions must be granted.
• You must have presenter access. All participants have access if the meeting is not moderated. For moderated meetings, contact the moderator to make you a presenter.

• On a macOS, screen recording permissions are required. For more information, refer to Screen sharing on MacOS.

• Scroll over the bottom of the meeting window and select Start presenting ().

• Choose which part of the screen is shared.

  • Entire Screen to show your entire screen, including all open applications, browsers, and tabs.
  • Window and select a specific window .
  • browser_name Tab and select a specific web browser tab.
  • When sharing a browser tab or entire screen, you can also share audio by turing on share audio toggle switch.

• Select Share.
