Starting an instant meeting

Any authenicated user can start an instant meeting. Meeting names are automatically generated for instant meetings when it is started.

Anyone with the meeting link can access an instant meeting.

Instant meetings are added to the Recent tab on the Meetings homepage. An instant meetng can be started again by anyone who has the link.

1. From the Meetings homepage, select Get Started.

2. Select Start an instant meeting. When you start the meeting, you are automatically redirected to the meeting room. The system generates a meeting link that you can copy and send to all intended participants.

   After the meeting, you can access the meeting details on the Recent tab. Listed meetings are available for 90 days.
