Chatting with meeting participants

You can communicate with all meeting participants using the chat function when this feature is configured for the meeting.

Select the chat icon () to open and close the chat window.

After the meeting has ended, the chat conversation can be accessed through your chat client or a meeting report. Guest participants can only access the chat conversation during the active meeting.

In addition to messages entered by meeting participants, meeting recording notifications are communicated in the chat window.
