Filtering chats

Several predefined filters are available to sort chats.

Use the Find a person search field to locate a person and open the chat conversation area with that person.

The predefined filters allow you to view a list of active chats based on type. When you click the icon for a filter, the list of associated chats displays and the icon turns orange. The filter persists until changed.

  • Displays all chats.

  • Displays one-to-one chats.

  • Displays group chats.

  • Displays meeting chats for meetings you are a member. Meeting chats are distinguishable from others by the icon () associated with them.
