Meetings

If you are using HCL Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings, you can start and participate in Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings meetings.

There are several ways to participate in a meeting from Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings chat.

• You can participant in a meeting that you have received a link.
• You can start a meeting by sending a meeting link that you have defined to a chat partner.
• You can start a meeting with a chat partner or group using the call feature.

You can switch between Meetings and Chat from the Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings task bar. Clicking Log out logs out of both applications.

• Creating a meeting list
  You can create a list of meetings for easier access when sending a meeting request to a chat partner.
• Starting a meeting with a chat partner
  The call feature available with a chat partner also allows you to initiate a meeting with your chat partner or a group.
