Starting a meeting by using click to meet

You can start a meeting from within the chat window. This action is called click to meet. Using this feature, you can start meetings that you own during a chat session.

  1. At the bottom of the screen, click the meet icon (Meeting icon) .

    A list of meetings that you own opens.

  2. Click the meeting to start.

    Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings sends the link for the meeting preceded with Meet me here: meeting_name to your chat partners.

  3. Click the link and then Start to begin the meeting.
