Logging in and out

Use the HCL Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings® app to log into a Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings community.

You must start the HCL Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings app before logging in. To find Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings on your device, look for the Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings icon.

Additionally, you must configure a community before you can log into its chat community.

  1. On the Log in screen, enter your credentials in the User ID and Password fields.

    If your log in process requires a password, thePassword field is available. If the login requires your corporate credentials, the app directs you to your corporate webpage to complete the log in process.

  2. Select your availability status in the Status field. The default is I am available.

    You can set your status as one of the following statements:

    • I am available
    • I am away
    • In a meeting
    • Do not disturb After you log in, the status displays below your name.

  3. Tap Log In.

    After your credentials are verified, the Domino Workspace Chat and Meetings Chat screen opens.

  4. To exit chat, click the menu icon and select Logout.
