Sharing spreadsheets with people or communities
You can share a spreadsheet with people or communities, and set their access as editors or readers. You can also make it available for everyone in your organization to read.
About this task
Procedure
- To share a file from the Connections Files application,
click My Files.
- Find the file that you want to share, and click the file name to open the file details page.
- Click the Sharing tab. Click Add People or Communities.
- To share a spreadsheet while editing in HCL Connections™ Docs, click the Share button on the toolbar. The Share a document dialog box appears.
