Spreadsheets keyboard shortcuts
You can use shortcut keys to perform tasks in spreadsheets. All shortcuts are valid on Windows™ operating systems. On Mac OS, press Command instead of Ctrl.
This product uses standard Microsoft™ Windows™ and Macintosh navigation keys. The following table describes the keyboard shortcuts for some additional actions that you can perform in a spreadsheet.

Show the Page Setup window and start the conversion to a .pdf file that you can download and print. | Ctrl+P |

In a row, move to the next cell in the same row. In a selected range, move to the next cell in the same row until the border of the range is reached; then move to the first cell in the next row in the range, and so on. | Tab |

Move to the edge of the current data region (a range of cells that contains data and that is bounded by empty cells or spreadsheet borders). If no cells contain data, move to the farthest cell in the direction of the arrow that you press. | Ctrl+arrow key (left, right, up, or down) |
