Checkout options
If you use ClearCase® for source control management, you can
use the Checkout Options page to check out a file reserved or unreserved.
The default setting is to check out a file unreserved for HCL OneTest™ UI.
- Reserved
- Changes an unreserved checkout to a reserved checkout. A reserved checkout gives you the exclusive right to check in the script when you are done.
- Unreserved
- Changes a reserved checkout to an unreserved checkout. With an unreserved checkout, you may need to merge your changes at checkin time if someone else checked in the same script before you did. This is the default setting.
To open: Right-click a file in the Solution
Explorer, and then click Check Out. Click
